Products
The block-machine represents the coordinating system and is required to have a high potential for adaptability
(flexibility).
The device is equipped with:
- A structure of solid rolled steel frames, capable of achievement even in conditions of maximum exploitation;
- Safe guiding systems, protected and easily maintainable;
- A system of quick exchange of the moulds, air-bag type, to reduce to maximum time units of the initial adjustment;
- A main vibrating system which allows the operator to regulate the amplitude and frequency while in production in order to obtain the optimum compaction at a minimum consumption of energy as well as the lowest level of parasite vibrations;
- A control system based on PLC/PC technology. This system represents the "brain" of the entire system and comprises the complete "know-how" collected along the years by the company. Besides all these, the system is also equipped with a modem, which allows remote operators from the producing company to carry out service & support;
- An operation hydraulic system. In order to respond to the diverse requirements related to high speeds and a high compacting force, from the very beginning were selected only those hydraulic equipments of "proportional" type. This way, the system can bear high speeds and a high compacting force and can also be adjustable and easy to be electrically controlled. For a normal working condition within the selected parameters (temperature, viscosity, etc), the hydraulic system includes also a cooling system, heating and filtration of the hydraulic agent;
- A constant feeder with pallets, adjustable, which allows easy handling of pallets;
- A pallet lifting system in order to avoid detritions and wearing of pallets;
- A complex system of vibrations reduction with a number of rubbery shock absorbers, found under the blockmachine, and also a number of rubbery shock absorbers placed under the feeding bunker, which leads to the diminishing of concrete compaction inside the bunker;
- A security and protection system, controlled by means of a number of detectors;
- Hydraulic filling carts;
- A safety hook on the compaction device;
- Filling detectors inside the bunkers of the blockmachine;
- Alarm for the temperature of the hydraulic agent, the failure of the hydraulic agent filter and the missing of pallets in the storage bunker;
- A hydraulic pallet retainer.
The control and regulating system of the technological line is designed as an integrated system and is comprised of an interconnected programmable automaton (PLC) with a computer system (PC). This structural design of the control and regulating system is the result of more than thirty years of experience in the field of construction equipments necessary to the prefab concrete industry.
The programmable automaton in use is among the most up-to date ones, capable of achieving the optimum synchronized control of the entire operation of the technological line.
By its computation power (PC), the control and regulating system is also used as a communication center for the entire plant, where can be stored all the data related to product adjustments and production accounting points (PAP).
Communication between operator and his machine is done by the means of a PC with a very friendly and intuitive interface so that even the least trained operators may understand by instrumentality of pictures and diagrams the entire technological process. Also, one can see live on the screen all the relevant stops, the valves, engines, detectors and encoders. If necessary, one can read on the screen helpful information. The control and regulating system allows access to vital information such as:
- Daily/total number of cycles;
- The height of the vibro-pressed block;
- Alarms and warnings.
It is also important to notice that the system allows the operator, if necessary, to directly and immediately interfere and change vital parameters of the technological process such as:
- Speed and stop position of the feeding cart;
- Speed and stop position of the compaction device and mould, the speed control;
- Vibrator’s frequency and amplitude.
Besides all these, it is important to mention that all adjustments can be saved in the data base so that any modified program may be opened again when necessary to manufacture the specific required product. Thus, all these adjustments and the rules that bind them are collected as a thesaurus and stored in the data base of the company. As a result, dependency on human factor can be eliminated as much as possible.
The system allows synthetic analysis on the quality of controlled processes such as production accounting points, checking-in/checking-out, special events, etc.
The lifting system is designed to operate in a simple, safe and enduring manner, providing the maximum safety in functioning with the minimum cost of maintenance. Its construction out of rectangular pipes and kerfs indicates sturdiness and steadiness.
The crane is equipped with a pneumatic device of grasping of the pallets and a device with bobbin and cable for elevation/taking-down, offering a slick handling of the products. The precise disposal is obtained through instrumentality of a number of optical detectors, proximity detectors and limiting devices. The control of speed transfer, the slick or fast motions are achieved by the agency of frequency transducers which are set on the operational engines.
The motions of the crane are controlled and coordinated from the switchboard and may be graphically
visualized on screen.
CUBING SYSTEMS WITH PALLET FEEDER
The cuber is a completely automatized device which can transfer the finished products (paving stones, kerbstones, etc.) from the carrier belt on euro-pallets for the final foil wrapping. The products are carried by the carrier belt from the drying chamber and are piled-up and interwoven in layers in order to offer steadiness in storage, conveyance and handling.
After having finished the piling-up of the last layer, the euro-pallet is automatically transferred to the wrapping machine in order to be wrapped in plastics foil.
Considering these complex functional requirements, the cuber is made out of a frame of rolled steel, which indicates both sturdiness and steadiness. The solid construction combined with a good electronic control of the hydraulic device generates safe and precise motions, coordinated and regulated from the switchboard. The motions of the cuber are optimally coordinated through the combinations of encoding technology with the one of proximity detectors.
The cuber is connected to the general communication center, seated in the convenient proximity of the blockmachine.
Communication between operator and machine is achieved by the agency of a PC with a friendly interface. Dialogue is made possible through the instrumentality of images and diagrams of the technological process which can be visualized on screen, according to the general methodology.
